Jackie Graff, LCPC, PMH-C

Co-Owner and Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master’s Degree from Concordia University Chicago (River Forest) and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist through Postpartum Support International (PSI). I specialize in women’s mental health, helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, major life transitions, postpartum challenges, and infertility-related stress.

As both a therapist and a mother, I understand the layered, real-life challenges women face—whether adjusting to motherhood, managing daily stress, or coping with unexpected changes. I use a personalized, client-centered approach that integrates proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My goal is to provide practical tools and skills that empower clients to create meaningful, lasting change.

My work is rooted in evidence-based therapy and a deep understanding of how mental health is shaped by both life experiences and physical health. I have a growing clinical focus on the connection between gut health, nutrition, and mental well-being, and I am currently pursuing additional certifications in this area to better support my clients holistically.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to the individual—not focused solely on a diagnosis. I strive to meet clients where they are, offering a calm, realistic (and sometimes humorous) approach that helps reduce overwhelm and builds confidence in the therapy process. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, and my priority is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and motivated to continue.

In addition to in-person and virtual therapy services, I also offer trainings, workshops, and support groups for individuals and organizations in the community. I strongly believe that education and connection are essential parts of mental health care, helping people better understand their experiences while fostering meaningful support.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons, running (I’m a five-time Fox Valley Half Marathon finisher), reading, and experimenting with quick, family-friendly recipes. As a busy family of four—with a teenage athlete and a high-energy preschooler—I value balance, flexibility, and realistic wellness practices, both personally and professionally.
