Sara Lee, LCSWTherapist
I received my Master's Degree from the University of Michigan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and North Carolina. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, and life transitions. I am dedicated to providing exceptional care. With a client-centered and strengths-based approach, I believe in building strong relationships with my clients based on trust and open communication. I take the time to listen to my clients' concerns and work collaboratively to develop personalized care plans that align with my clients' goals and values. I use an eclectic approach to therapy pulling from modalities including CBT, CBT-I, ACT, MI, Solution Focused, and CPT. All of my interventions are trauma informed. I work to remind clients of their worth and assist them in finding hope.
Outside of my practice, life is always on the go as I have two very young children. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, crafting, and being outside. I try to embrace life to the fullest and build in daily positive experiences. |
