Meet our therapists
Our therapists are educated and trained through accredited programs in Counseling and/or Psychology. Each holds a Master's Degree or higher and a license to practice therapy through the state of Illinois. Each has their own specialty, so look around, explore and see who is a good fit for you!
Jackie Graff, LCPC, PMH-C
(she/her)
I received my Master's Degree from Concordia University, Chicago (River Forest). I specialize in women's mental health, including but not limited to, anxiety, OCD and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist, through Postpartum Support International. Providing therapy to women who are struggling during pregnancy, postpartum and infertility and loss is a main focus of my treatment.
I also hold certifications in both domestic violence and sexual assault crisis intervention. Additionally, I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), effective for both anxiety and OCD.
I am a mom to 2 young boys and enjoy being outside, traveling, reading, running and and spending time with my kids, husband and friends. You can usually find me on a run, at the library, grabbing a coffee or trying to catch up on some of my favorite shows during my downtime. (wait, working moms have down time?)
Maegan Jenkins, Psy.D.
(she/her)
I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Midwestern University in Downers Grove. I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety Disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP). I believe that collaboratively facing anxiety in an assertive manner is not only the best way to reduce it, but also the most rewarding. While I have my preferred method of treating anxiety, I also recognize that treatment modalities are not ‘one size fits all,’ so I am able to utilize an eclectic approach, as to meet my clients where they are individually. Anxiety can occur in many settings, so I offer sessions in person, remotely, or even within the community to help reduce symptoms where they occur. Additionally, I have received training in assisting people who are struggling to coparent within a high conflict dynamic or those struggling with the emotional complexities associated with navigating family court. Sometimes the struggles in our lives can be a catalyst to not just endure, but to thrive.
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my 3 children and 3 dogs. I am a big foodie and enjoy trying new restaurants with my friends. I also enjoy lifting weights, riding my Peloton, reading, and watching documentaries.
Nicole Seitzinger, LPC
(she/her)
I received my Master's Degree in Counseling from Northern Illinois University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor through the state of Illinois. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, including adolescents. I focus on conditions such as anxiety, ADHD, school concerns, family conflict, and other mood disorders. I like to use a variety of techniques including CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, as well as incorporating creativity and art therapy activities. I work closely with community and medical providers, as well as schools when needed, so that my clients feel fully supported in their treatment with me. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and being outdoors.
Sara Lee, LCSW
(she/her)
I received my Master's Degree from the University of Michigan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and North Carolina. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, and life transitions. I am dedicated to providing exceptional care. With a client-centered and strengths-based approach, I believe in building strong relationships with my clients based on trust and open communication. I take the time to listen to my clients' concerns and work collaboratively to develop personalized care plans that align with my clients' goals and values. I use an eclectic approach to therapy pulling from modalities including CBT, CBT-I, ACT, MI, Solution Focused, and CPT. All of my interventions are trauma informed. I work to remind clients of their worth and assist them in finding hope.
Outside of my practice, life is always on the go as I have two very young children. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, crafting, and being outside. I try to embrace life to the fullest and build in daily positive experiences.
