A: Yes, our therapists are offering both in person and virtual sessions at this time.
Q: Does my insurance cover mental health and telehealth?
A: Be Present Therapy & Wellness is an in-network provider for BCBS PPO IL, Blue Choice, Blue Choice Options, Aetna and Optum (UHC as of 1/2022). We also have a self pay option available. Before you begin treatment, we will check your benefits to get an idea of what your mental health benefits look like. You have the right to refuse to use your insurance benefits and see our therapists as a self pay client. (Fees outlined in financial agreement.)

A: This answer varies from person to person. Therapy is a highly personalized process and we will continually check in with your progress in care.

A: Each therapy session is 53-60 minutes.

A: While we see a great benefit from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ERP (Exposure Response Prevention Therapy), we often utilize different theories in session depending on the therapist.
